  • Email us at least 48 hours in advance to get permission. State your name/company/band and let us know what you would like to borrow and for what purpose. Be sure to include the dates you’ll be needing the clothes.

  • We need to be informed about what publications our clothing will be visible in, and have the right to publish any images in our social media flows.

  • Our name or any of our clothes may not be used in any context that can be perceived as racist or sexist.

  • We lend a maximum amount of ten items for a maximum period of 7 days.

  • Borrowing and returning can only take place Monday to Friday before 1 p.m.

  • HUMANA Second Hand must be mentioned when our clothes are published in magazines, newspapers, socialmedia etc: Instagram #humanasecondhand. For publishing on international platforms Humana Second Hand Sweden has to be printed/stated.

  • Borrowed items have to be returned in the same condition as they were in before leaving the shop.

  • Price tags may not be removed from our clothes, except from trousers and skirts where they might be visible in your photos. If removed, the price tag must be kept and returned with its item of clothing.

  • Borrowed clothing must be returned by the latest agreed date. In the event that items are lost, damaged or returned in worse condition than at the time of borrowing, the customer is obliged to compensate Humana Second Hand for the total value of the goods.

  • We are not able to approve all applications to borrow clothing from us.

  • We reserve the right to turn down applications that do not meet our requirements.

  • We also reserve the right to turn down applications at times when we have recieved too many or if the staff in our shops are too busy.

  • If you do get permission to borrow clothes from us be sure to show your email confirmation to the staff at the shop when picking up the items.
